The Rustic Crêpe Co was born from my love for authentic French cuisine and my desire to share a piece of my culture here in the U.S. As a French mom and former teacher, I returned to my first passion—cooking—and especially to crêpes, a staple of my childhood. Using a cherished family recipe, I create fresh, made-to-order crêpes that bring a simple taste of France to the community, one crêpe at a time.

After moving to the U.S. and becoming a mom, I found myself longing for those familiar flavors and traditions. What started as making crêpes at home soon turned into a way to reconnect with my roots and share a piece of my culture with others. Today, through The Rustic Crêpe Co, I bring that same feeling to every market and event—fresh, made-to-order crêpes crafted with care, and meant to be enjoyed together.
